Open a Visual and Performing Arts School at secondary level to give children with artistic talent the opportunity to continue their secondary education by focusing on developing their artistic potential within a professional setup and a formal educational framework.
This proposal needs to be reworded as a School of Arts I believe is already working on opening in September 2017. I stand to be corrected however I believe the new school, which will work on the same guidelines of the National Sport School will address visual and performing arts.
