Reduce the capital gains tax to 5% for buildings which are certified as Near Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB) and for those located in areas crying out for regeneration such as Marsa, Hamrun, Qawra and Bugibba. Furthermore we will reduce income tax on rent in such areas from 15% to 10%.
