Establish an eGovernment platform within public administration allowing a continuous interaction between Government and citizens and enabling citizens to react to Government proposals, to submit their own ideas, and to vote electronically for the ideas that they would like the Government to implement.
im agree with this proposal , because if the goverment can generate a better enviorment to produce properly legislation , that brings benefits for all the citizens . why not ?
