This Component will support project implementation including: (i) core project staff and consultants to assist the project implementing agency (ADF) and the Project Coordination Unit (MoUD) in the implementation of project activities; (ii) the maintenance of the project Monitoring and Evaluation system; (iii) the project related operating costs; (iv) the project operating costs; (v) training of staff and other persons associated with project implementation activities.
