Urban mobility has been recognized as a guiding element for the prioritization of project investments in Saranda. The package of investments for Saranda is expected to include mobility improvement in the core area, including implementation of a traffic and parking management plan, improvement of junctions/roundabouts, city accesses and intermodal nodes, street upgrading in the core area, upgrading of old promenade and pedestrian/cycling connectivity, improvement of green and recreational areas.
