Children are having to travel 2 miles to go to a secondary school. As more housing is being build in the area at Crown Retail Park; I think it would be sensible to build a secondary school. This could include a gymnasium that could be used for extra curricular activity. Less time spent travelling and more time can be spent doing homework
More like a decision for the council city development fund rather than a community development fund.
The closest secondary school isn’t that far. The full 80k wouldn’t even pay for plans for a new school

It’s an idea for the community to get people talking about it. It may not be suitable for the fund but we need it here. I got a free bus pass to go to Shawlands Academy because I lived over 2 miles away
