Fly-Tipping and Littering (FT&L) represent hygiene hazard, public nuisance; promote vermin and can negatively affect property prices in the affected area. Hereby a working group is proposed which will study the existing practices and explore innovative solutions of combatting FT&L with the objective of developing approaches suitable for the New Gorbals (NG) and implementing them in the future. Effective solutions of combatting FT&L developed in NG might be adopted on municipal & national levels.
