Develop a community program which will enhance and protect our local animal, plant and bird life and is suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
We could do this working with, eg, WSP UK (who offer communies free 'volunteer days' of professional ecologists' help), RSPB Scotland, and Bat and Bumblebee Conservation Trusts, to show us how to find out what animal, plant and bird life surrounds us, which are our best areas for promoting biodiversity and how to develop and maintain a program to protect and improve it. The aim is to get all ages actively surveying, monitoring and protecting wildlife (with accessible technology if appropriate).
