In my opinion timed/residents parking should be implemented nationwide or scrapped altogether. It is not fair that certain localities get to benefit from this incentive while others are left frustrated by the evergrowing parking problem. Also abandoned fields or building should be converted to tower or underground parking structures subsidised by the government.
