Government should subsidize also those families which are still paying their home loan after long time
Cause families which are still paying their loans should also be supported
This could be annexed to the new proposal for first time buyers also for separated/divorced people who have to take a loan to purchase their property and are now paying a loan till and after their pensionable age.
i support this idea but not as it is. i think the government shall make sure that there is a very low interest rate to help keep the repayment amount as low as possible. if you buy a house 100,000 with the bank loan you usually pay the bank 150,000 or more.
