Incentives for Part-Time Musicians

The vaste majority of the musicians are having a hard time to financially be full-time musicians, and this keeps them from obtaining their full potential. Financing musicians for international courses, where they can obtain further experience worldwide. This is already happening in all other sectors of studies, where the government support students with scholarships. As Malta is trying to achieve a more diverse educational system, alot has been done, and this is the important step forward.

Points

Local musicians accept the fact that we can't possibly be full-time musicians. However, it doesn't mean that we shouldn't reach our full potential and still produce music of a high standard.
