Less, but better MPs

PM and Ministers should be better remunerated, as unprincipled individuals could otherwise resort to illicit means how to make money "on the sides". Switch MPs to full time and pay them more. To keep costs low, size of Parliament could be reduced (e.g. from 5 elected candidates per district to 3 would result in 26 less MPs). Together, both these measures would help ensure elected MPs are more valid. To avoid accusations of self-interest, measure should be effective after 2022 election.

Points

Just one minor addition - instead of reducing from 5 to 3, reduce the number of districts to 8 (i.e. larger districts).
