A small start up fund should be allocated to newly formed Voluntary Organisations and Student Organisations that would help them kickstart such movements. Having been in several small or new organisations I find this essentially important for the progress of such initiatives, keeping in mind these are all done on a voluntary basis but have a lot of positive impact in our society.
