The Planning and Environment Authority should be unified again, ending an era of controversial permits which the Planning Authority blatantly issued with no environmental and heritage considerations! We all know that this was an experiment that failed throughout the past 4 years as it only catered for the greed of developers! So that faith would be restored once again in this Authority, members of this Authority should be appointed by 2/3s of Parliament and nominated by environmental NGOs.
