In current situation when working overtime at your full time job, is not worth it due to high tax. Compared to part time tax proposal it will be an initiative for full time workers to refuse overtime and therefore work as part time with another company or self-employed.
If this proposal is applied and full time employees stay overtime at their full time job, life will be efficient due to less travelling from work place to another, better time managment for family quality time, work dedication from employees etc...
