I suggest that car licence fees for pensioners will be fixed / reduced. The currect licence fees increment every year with the age of the car. Most pensioners cannot afford to change their respective private car and therefore are forced to pay very high licence fees as the age of their cars increment. Not mentioning the insurance policy, which are also getting more costly every year. Perhaps these too can be made less for pensioners.
