Inċentiv għal Mara tad-dar

Inċentiv għal Mara tad-dar

Nafu li llum il-ġurnata, il-mara daħlet fil-qasam tax-xogħol, biex apparti jitħalsu l-loans, ikomplu juzaw dak li jkunu kisbu fl-edukazzjoni tagħhom. Pero apparti dawn in-nisa, hemm faxxa ta' nisa, li mxew mal-kultura, fejn wara ż-żwieġ, jieqfu jaħdmu, u jibdew il-ħajja ta' Mara tad-dar (house wife). Għalhekk huwa sabiħ, li dawn jingħataw inċentiv żgħir, biex jgħin għal l-ispejjeż ta' kuljum. Dan mhux biex inħajjru nisa ma jaħdmux, imma biex ngħinu nisa li għażlu dit-triq. Dan huwa xogħol wkoll

Points

Infakkar biss, li dan huwa tip ta xogħol, u ma naħsibx li huwa stmat biżżejjed. Għalhekk, sabiħ, li din il-faxxa ta nisa ngħinuhom b'sempliċiment inċentiv żgħir.

U min jahdem full time u xorta jaghmel ix- xoghol tad dar ser jithallas aktar?

Choosing to stay home and raise your family is not 'kultura' as suggested but a job, many women who choose to work have to employ a number of people to help them with their household. I feel that there should, at the VERY least, be an incentive where N.I. is paid allowing for a pension. The cascade effect of encouraging parents to raise their kids would be significant starting with schooling.

You have got to be kidding.
