Causa Mortis - Immovable property Taxation

Causa Mortis - Immovable property Taxation

It would be just for the government to revisit the Taxation on Immovable Property in Causa Mortis. The Value of rents are regulated but the Value of Property has gone up. This creates an imbalance. The property is normally kept on rent from generation to generation and Owners cannot dispose of their property as they wish. We propose that in view that all rents are helping Government reduce housing investment, the government removes the Taxation.
