Secondary school education should include lessons once a week about different job opportunities, with professionals lecturing the school children about their jobs so to actually give them an idea of what they can do when they grow up. It should also include information on startups, including the pros and cons.
I would even include some basics as how tax applies, what is stamp duty etc
