The institute of tourism studies is in a strategic location were adult learners can visit the hospitality industry within walking distance. It is inconvenient for the students to relocate this institute to somewhere else away from the hospitality hub. The location is important as they can visit hotels for surveys, for working practice and also to see how these hotels operates.
