In my eyes what has happened under Labour is due to the fact that no proper independent infrastructure has been set up. People are being given positions as favors. I believe a lot of today's corruption could have been avoided if an independent board compromised of Pn, Pl and Ad candidates are all on board to appoint positions such as police commissioners, magistrates and top official positions including heads of investigation, based on merit and track record not cikku being your cousin.
