Places that are frequented by many people every day and/or night should be power-washed everyday in the early hours of the morning. I'm referring to places like the main streets in Valletta, the Sliema and St. Julians promenade and most of all, all the streets in Paceville. Besides, the bins in these localities should be exchanged with clean, washed ones every week or in some areas every day.
I support this idea as the stretch of promenade from the chalet to Spinola especially the area from the church to the love monument becomes disgusting between mid June to September
