Reduction of Taxes on Overtime

Reduction of Taxes on Overtime

Many work extra hours frequently in order to earn some extra income which would help their families have a better quality of life. Unfortunately, not only is overtime subject to tax, but tax rates on hours worked as overtime are higher than the regular rate. People who work overtime do it because they need it! Tax on overtime should be limited, so that those who work so hard to improve their quality of life can actually keep the income that they work for, rather than pay a chunk of it in taxes.
