LSA Courses to become LSA1 and LSA2. Repetition of credits.
I am suggesting that LSAs who wish to become LSA2 shall have the option to apply for the 30week course immediately after the 10week course. Presently there is a lot of repetition. The idea is that there would be say a 40week course for those aspiring to become LSA2 after they do the 10week course, so that they advance in their career. While those who just want to become LSA1 will choose the 20week course. The 30 week course will remain there for those who would like to take it step by step.
