I believe there should be a school for academically gifted students, in the same way there is a school for students who are very good at Sports. These schools should continue to 6th form and students should be given the opportunity to either follow the IB course or sit for more than 2 A levels etc. Languages like Latin can also be taught at these schools. Students can also be encouraged to apply for scholarships to pursue their studies overseas.
An essential proposal. One here can explore many different innovative ways of working to empower more these individuals to succeed.
