When an LSA or kindergarten assistant is sick or attending a course the kids are asked to stay home. Thus is a real inconvenience for working mothers. There should be a pool of supply LSAs and kindergarten assistants to fill in this gap.
Yes because each child has the right to keep on learning whether or not his/her LSA is not available. Secondly their perants should and must always have full support form the most higher authoritires of the country as we are and should be concern that these children are going to be the future MAN/ WOMAN of our country. So YES full support should be always given to these children & parents
