I would also like to see proposals in respect of persons who have a private health insurance policy and who never use/used the public health system. These persons with private health are relieving the government health system from many expenses, lessening wait-times, man-power etc. Maybe, once proof of a policy exists, the persons covered by private health insurance can benefit from some form of tax cut or tax credit.
