To establish a Central office for "Bullying" with a representative in every school both Private and government: 1. All schools will have one person with the respinsibility ofidentifying and taking remedial action through qualified people with parents. 2. All schools will have a closed box for anyone to write a note and post it in this box identifying possible 'Bullies'. 3. Each clas will have a 'Champion' for identifying the problem. 4. The problem has to be identified from year 1 in all schools
