Commercial Sensitivity in Tenders

Commercial Sensitivity in Tenders

Completely remove Commercial Sensitivity from Government Tenders. When a tender is issued, ALL tenders must be fully published, and therefore any company wishing to apply for a tender must be willing to divulge all information, including commercially sensitive information to the public. Ensuring complete transparency will also ensure the best possible deal.

Points

Besides this, I also propose to remove the commercial sensitivity clause from all awarded contracts so that we will not be faced with situations that we have experienced with this corrupt government.
