Very often the developer builds garages underneath the block, as it is one of the conditions of the PA, but no legislation binds the developers to sell a garage/s with every apartment. This is creating a lot of parking problems in our urban areas. A house (1 residence) is being replaced by a block of flats (10/14/16 or more residences). There should be a tax incentive for both developers and house buyers to encourage every apartment owner to buy a garage. I am willing to forward ideas.
