Institute of crafts as 'Royal School of Needlework' in UK

No such institute exists in Malta. The tutors should be able to acquire qualifications in crafts. Craft courses should be placed in a separate track from the entity within Education Ministry. Students who wish to acquire Diploma/Degree in crafts find closed door from the entity itself!!

Points

I had followed a craft course 'Bavarian Monastery work', which should have been submitted for accreditation with National Commission for Further & Higher Education (NCFHE) in 2011-2012, but the entity within Education Ministry failed to honour the terms of prospectus, and now the Commission states it does not accredit in retrospect! Students have been deprived of VET level certificates because a legal insitution fails to intervene on time!!!
