Gozo is in dire need of a bypass or ring road around it's capital. One road closure at Savina square or a similar strategic location creates chaos and delays for everyone. Buses should also not be allowed to stop there creating bottlenecks. A study was made some years ago to address this and was put on a shelf. Let's revisit this as you can be sure it will get widespread support from the majority of Gozitans. It will also provide for the pedestrianisation of the squares.
