To change the attitude that is is a moral duty. It is not a tax burden, it is a contribution to a fairer community. It would require people of great wealth to give back, it is a moral duty and requirement. There needs to be flatter fairer overtaxation system without any loopholes. Emphasis is on contribuition and benefiting the community
I would also add that I would like to choose whers my taxes go. For example I would like to opt thay my taxes go towards decent mental health services and decent pay for teachers and healthcare professionals rather than to fund weapons that contribute to human rights abuses in developing countries.
