Link MPs pay to the average UK wage.

Pay for representation was first introduced to make sure that a lack of finances was no limit to standing for office. The base pay for an MP is now around 3 times the average salary. We could disband the body deciding pay, replacing it with a simple calculation. Their base pay is also 5 times larger than full-time on minimum/living wage. Finally, it is 4 times the amount of the starting salary of someone willing to lay down their life for the protection of the country. This is an indictment.
